The emerald-green colour with golden hues reflects its premium quality. Its aroma is powerful and fruity, with distinct notes of fresh olives, almonds, and artichokes, creating a unique flavour profile. It is crafted with care, and to preserve its quality and nutrients, the olives are cold-pressed just hours after being harvested, from October to December.
