Read carefully before starting your purchasing process, below you can find some basic guideline about how we love to work and how we like to make our life and yours easy with a flexible attitude.
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday << 8am – 8pm
Saturday << 8am – 2pm
Sunday << CLOSED (but we could manage your request as well, just send us a message on our Line ID. If we do not receive any message we will ship your parcel out on Monday
DELIVERY
We would like to be as fast as possible, this means that you could even get your order within 30 minutes or a couple of hours (2 HOURS) in the main areas of Bangkok. We know that this won’t be always possible but we promise we will do our best!

Our deliveries will be initially managed by third parties services like Grab or Lineman or other carriers, give us a few time to set our own truck, we already have many nice ideas in mind.

The above rates are considered for a delivery by motorbike, if we see that your order can’t fit a motorbike, we will advise you about that. As well, if we see that there is a big difference among what you paid and what the delivery cost should be, we will contact you back for fix the payment you have done.
POLICY
To buy and to leave review on the products that you’ve bought, you have to be registered in our platform with a user’s profile.
We assume that you are min 18 years old, both that you are an individual or an individual running or operating in a business. We will not use or sell your personal information, they will be used for processing your orders only. Being this, we assume that the details provided by you on registration are complete and accurate. Be sure that the address you write in your account is correct, we will ship your order there. Bangkok is a colorful city, as you know there is lot of traffic mostly during some time of the day, we could deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, so we can’t accept liability for any inconvenience or loss that this causes. What is sure is that you will not be charged for any goods that are not delivered to you 🙂
As soon as you get the products delivered, we ask you to check them and advise us immediately in case of any problem or defect. On the page of each product all the details are mentioned: dimension, weight, how the product should like, producer, picture. We carefully check every pack before shipping it to you, but, if we miss something, please send us a message and a picture explaining what happened.
Orders can’t be cancelled. Refund can be considered only if there is a specific need for it.
We reserve the right to revise our Terms and Conditions, if you want to be updated you can often check our page, our last update has been done on 19th August 2023.
